Offering five completely independent eateries, including a rooftop lounge and two bars, a seasonal menu change is no small feat! But never fear, there’s a healthy dose of long-time favourites and new menu highlights to whet your appetite!
Offering comforting ‘bowl food’, The Italian Job is dishing-up hand-made gnocchi (using no egg or additives and also available in gluten free) with your choice of creamy pumpkin and gorgonzola, bolognese, Napoli, butter and sage (always a winner) or mushrooms and truffle sauce.
Over at UMAMI, we’re loving the new Noodle Bar offering hand-made Japanese Ramen noodles with seaweed, shallots and pickled veggies, complete with either sweet chilli paste or Shoyu broth and some added protein – if you please.
The Kitchen is offering lots of new and mouth-watering dishes, however our favourite is the Snapper en Pappilotte - fresh Snapper fillet cooked in paper with butter and herbs and served with blistered cherry tomatoes, wilted spinach, red pepper coulis and charred lemon. Perfecto!
The Mexican prawn and Sobrasada Jambalaya is the fresh new pick at Calavera Cantina – a delicious mix of brown rice, roasted pumpkin, black beans and vegetables with Sobrasada and prawn and topped with Jalapeños.
And at Luckies Diner…well nothing screams winter comfort food like a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich or serving of Buffalo Chicken Wings!
